My bank account was debited but recharge of my prepaid mobile did not happen. It is over 24 hours now, and I have neither received the money back in my bank account nor has my phone been recharged. There is no way to contact the company thru’ their website. It seems that regulatory bodies in India are all compromised, and scamsters can do whatever they want.
