EaseMyDeal – Refund against failed transaction

I used my credit card to make a payment of Rs. 8421.38 towards my loan bill from the SMFG loan company (Fullerton).

The response stated, “Your bill payment is failed and processed,” after the transaction amount was subtracted and the payment was unsuccessful.

Within 30 minutes, the refund will begin to appear in your original account.

Although the refund was not processed even after nine days, they admitted to processing it thirty minutes after the transaction failed and prompted a message.

I’ve been waiting on their refund, but I haven’t gotten it yet.

Over nine days have passed since the transaction was completed.

This is a con business that defrauds clients and consumers.

I’ve been trying to contact their customer service number about this for the past few days. However, I never heard back from them.

This is a very dishonest and fraudulent action on the part of the company.

Please help me to receive this money back for the same. I ask that the issue be looked into in order to find a solution.
