Due to technical difficulties, my bus operator had to cancel the trip and refund my money.
Only because I chose the ease my trip website did I not receive the money immediately like all of my fellow travellers did.
When I phoned customer service, they said the same phrases as if they were reading from a script, and when I sent emails, they perceived the same emails as if they were automated.
But, despite their reasonable response, my money has still not been reimbursed.
My money must be returned.
