Dear Sir,
I have been continuously following up for the refund of payment in my account with Ease my trip, which just never responds or even acknowledges the receipt of mail. It is sad, to know that a client is given no respect after-sales.
Please find two e ticket copies and proofs of refund. I only want to how am i going to get back my money which is with ease my trip.
