Through the website EasemyTrip, I purchased a ticket on June 6 for the Cochin-Mumbai flight on June 12.
After entering the OTP and credit card information, the website displayed an error.
I have made numerous attempts to purchase the ticket using my HDFC credit card. It has been collected Rs. 4960.
The following transactions were made using an HDFC Card on June 6.
Ref# 00017 : Rs 4960/-
Ref#00189 : Rs 4960/-
Ref#00152 : Rs 4960/-
Payment is made using my name, George Mathew, and HDFC Credit Card xxxx 9610.
We urgently need the excess payment back from you.
