I HAVE BOOKED 4 Nos AIR TICKETs THROUGH EASEMYTRIP in a GO AIR flight from KOLKATA TO PUNE.EASEMYTRIP had given wrong departure time of flight ,instead of morning 10 am , they have mentioned 22.05 PM so when myself and my family reached the airport to board the flight then we come to know that flight was at 10 am.
As per airline, there were no such flights run during late evening for Pune from Kolkata and it was the mistake of EASEMYTRIP hence suggested to take it up with EASEMYTRIP.
EASEMYTRIP Customer care misguidedly asked me to cancel and on mail,they are putting it back on airline when I showed them booking time given by them which was wrong.
Even after ,giving all proofs ,EASEMYTRIP is playing with me like a football and for refund ,they are putting it back on airline though it is purely the default of EASEMYTRIP.
Can anyone suggest ,how to take this complain to their top most higher ups or how can I get return from them.
