easygotrip – Refund

I Have booked a ticket on 5-8-2014 with easygotrip travel agents. But it has got rejected. They have sent mail saying that will get the refund by 9 working days with reference number as A731 . But till today I have not received the refund Please do mthe needful. Thanking you

    same problem with me. my complain number is A887. I booked on 20th August. Should we complain at DGCA and consumer forum court? we should not let go those cheaters.
