I had a ordered two pizzas from eatclub in which one of them had a cheese burst. But when i received it only one pizza was sent and no refund was received. When called the customer support they gave a number who said that he will provide a free pizza the nest time we order but when called the next time,they rejected the calls

I want to know the refund status of my order V231U8. It’s still not reversed back to me and in the help section it’s saying there is no refund against my order. It’s already been 3 days I have called customer service mailed to you but there is still no response
