eBay – Cheating in refunding – CLAIM ID:480237

Dear sir,
I bought a helmet from Ebay which we received in bad condition.I raised a claim (CLAIM ID:480237)on 23/04/2014 to which the below response was taken by Ebay.

“Action : Buyer cancelled his claim request – Claim Closed
Remarks : As per our telephonic conversation on 02/05/2014 at 10:07am, we are pleased to inform you that we are approving your refund request in form of eBay coupon.You will receive a coupon of 110% of Item value. It will be sent to your registered email address, and you can expect to receive it within 7- 10 business days and the same is valid for 30 days”

But I haven’t yet(15/06/2014) received the eBay coupon.

On 16/05/2014 I received a mail saying the eBay coupon was send to my mail. But I didn’t receive it.

On 25/05/14, 11:41 (conversation 1-26962045491), eBay costumer care service confirmed the coupon was not send due to technical issues and will be send to my email id within 3-4 working days.

After not receiving the coupon, I again contacted the eBay Supervisor on 15/06/14, 15:23 (conversation 1-28643723619) and it was told to me that the coupon was send to me on 16/05/2014, When asked if it was send before, what my Coupon no is I was given an invalid 5 digit no(Coupon no is a 10 digit no)

I again contacted another eBay supervisor on 15/06/14, 15:55 ( conversation 1-28643021983) who confirmed that the issue will be resolved within 48 Hours but was not ready to share the Service request number for the same.
