ebay complaint

Dear Sir,

This is Sendhil from Chennai. And my ebay user id is “endhils”.
I had ordered for “D-Link DIR-505 All-in-one Portable Mobile Router AP Repeater WiFi Hot Spot” with the seller “indianonlinebazzar” on 16/07/2013.

The tracking details provided by the seller is as follows:

Shipment Date: 2013-07-19
Carrier Name: BLUE DART
Tracking Number: 46468538605

The AWB was not traceable and finally received a message on 30.07.13 stating that item delivered to Mr.Devaraj in Delhi whereas i am residing in chennai. There is no response from seller and even ebay didn’t bothered to respond from more than 75 Days. Everytime, when i am calling ebay, they were promising that the issue will be solved with 3 working days but nothing moved till today. And if i wanted to speak to the supervisor or manager as per hierarchy level listed in ebay guarantee, they are not bothered to transfer the calls which is totally unfavored.

Hence, i request you to kindly arrange to get back my money (refund) at the earliest with the interest for the same.
