On 24 June, 2015 I have informed the defective and substandard, indifferent product. On 30 June 2015, you asked me to provide evidence. On 02 July, 2015 I have uploaded a photo in which you can clearly see the buttons are not there and also the plastic cover is still intact indicating I have not fully uncovered the product. I have described the product description which is not matching with the posting in your site.
