I had purchased a Micromax Tablet from EBay.in by paying online, they sent a broken piece. When i called their call center they asked to approach Micromax instead of replacing the item. If I had to run door to door, i would have bought the product from a retail outlet and not online. On their further refusal to be of help in anyway, i wrote on their FB page on 8th of December 2016, they started assuring of help, but to no result even after continuous follow ups and after 38 days again they have sent a link to contact their customer care. On going through their social media posts by other customers, it clearly shows that they are into malpractices of sending defective items from long. They should be barred from our country, their competitors are much better and honor their commitments, but these guys are cheats and selling scrap products at a price of a new or refurbished one, and refuse to sort out customer complaints, this is a clear case of cheating and fraud.
