Sir,
I have placed order of 1128GB SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick 64GB Pen Drive.| Metal & Copper nd finish on dated 07.10.2016 vide Item No. 162227924476 , Paisa pay ID 43844295768 for Rs. 1747.08 and

placed another order of 128GB SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick 128gb Pen Drive.| Metal & Copper & finish on dated 09.10.2016 vide Item No. 162231274977, Paisa Pay ID 43858747898 for Rs.1747.08. I have received the product samsung mobile cover in place of wireless pen drive. The approx cost the product received is Rs.50/-. I had informed to Ebay india immediately on receipt of wrong product by raising claim nos 2412758 & 2412848. I am sorry to inform that ebay has reject my claim. I once again contacted to the customer care of ebay india for this rejection of claim and they re-opened the cases and again they reject the claims. I have opened only one packet another packet is sealed pack in its original condition and the same was informed to ebay india but the reject the claim. This is simply a cheating with the association of the fraud seller.

I request you please look into the matter and do the needful.
