I cancelled item no.321597584194 pay praise id.39781677954 guarantee claim. 1130261 on eBay. I called mailed them since 31july2015 many times and always got the answer that they are in process of doing so and always said wait for 24 to 48 hrs. Today on 15Aug2015 they abruptly told me they will not do so. They fooled me for 15 days as I think 15 days was their deadline time. But I have all the record. EBay is fraudulent company. Pls take action on my complaint and help me to get my refund.Thank you.
