Myself Goutam Acharjee, a resident of Krishna Nagar, Agartala, Tripura(west), purchased a product “Original new Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG LCD Display Touch Screen Digitizer +Assembly” (271999811961)” from ‘e-Bay’ on 26th July (PaisaPay ID 43192494527). The product was supposed to reach me by 7th August, 2016. But the product did not reach to me by the specific period. On 8th August, 2016, I received an email from ‘e-Bay’ stating that if I have not received my component by the due date, I can raise a money return claim. And accordingly I raised a claim for my money return. But ‘e-Bay’ and the seller, both rejected my claim without showing any proper reason. Though till date several times I tried to contact the “Seller” as well as “e-Bay” through email for my money back or replacement, I have not received a proper response. At this circumstance neither I have received any goods nor my paid money return. I have even written to the seller that if it is difficult to return the money, they can send me an exchanged component. but the seller did not response.
Now having no other way, I want to lodge a complaint in the consumer court against the fraudulent activity of the specific online marketer and the seller. I have all the text messages and emails related to this issue.
