Sir I purchased DDR3 RAM 2GB 1333Mhz ram for my desktop pc from ebay on 26-7-2015. I received old product not working and without invoice. Sir I raised a Claim on the issue on31-7-2015. But ebay customer care are asking me go service center sir without bill and old damaged product how can I do. Sir please take necessary action refund my money.
