I have purchased three pieces of Xiaomi power bank from eBay in the month of July 2015. They have dispatch only one piece of the item ordered. I have raised the issue with eBay guarantee as details given below:

The representative of eBay told me to return the received item to seller for refund but they have provided me incomplete address of seller. Hence I dispatched the received item to eBay Mumbai as the mobile no./email of the seller was unresponsive. Even than EBay has closed my claim without resolving the issue & advised to contact the seller for refund. Seller is not responding my mails & his mobile is switched off.
Please do the needful in the matter for refund of my claim for Rs. 1257/- from eBay.
