I was ordered mobile in eBay on 03 oct 16 and i pay money through net banking after that when item reached me through speed post i was refused that item because i was ordered wrong product and its reaches to seller after that i had talk with seller he says when he received the item he will intimate to eBay for refund. Seller received the item on 17 oct 16 and he intimate to eBay also (i got the item please refund to the buyer)still ebay will not give my refund.plz help me
