I had taken roti makar from EBay online shopping sites. But in roti makar roti were not becoming proper so I rais rerund request to eBay they told me with in 4 working day company people will call me but I din got any call after 4days I called customer care they told me company people will call me and tell me the process to return. But I din got any call but I got one SMS by saying that my phone was switch off actually my phone was in working condition it was not switch off now more than 7days pass everyday I call customer care they just tell me witjin 48hr they will call me but till today I din got any call pls help me as I m in big tension
