Just received a power bank from this site (Ebazaar.Ninja).
As soon as I have opened the box, I found the torch of the power bank was turned on. It was heating. I placed the power bank aside for sometime.
When I tried to charge it after sometime, I found smoke emitting from the power bank.
The customer care service of this site is pathetic.
After repetitive attempts, call has been connected and I asked for a refund of the product.

They said that the refund option is not available and the product will be exchanged. Hope they send a genuine product this time which I don’t believe so.
