I have the same complaint . I think this is a fraud happening if you place an order with Ebazaar Ninja. I too ordered a 20800 mah power bank. I paid 980 Rs. They send me 10400 mah product with no garantee card and no charging cable. I returned the product. Its been more than a month.I have not recieved the product yet. I have been cheated. Their customer service is not working anymore. Once or twice i got connected with their customer service. They spoke to me rudely. They hung up on me. They cant be reached in any way now.Is their anyobe who can help me.I want to WARN everyone , DONT BUY ANYTHIBG FROM EBAZAAR NINJA. Its not RELIABLE , you will loose your money.Its a fraud.
