I’ve ordered an MI powerbank in Ebazzar ninja.com, My order ID is OID12786.
It got more than 3 weeks to receive the product.

After receiving the product, i noticed that the product is not in its original brand package. The product was damaged externally, and totally looks like a fake product.
I even tried full charging the powerbank and it drains within 20 mins of charging the phone. Logically one full time charging of the powerbank should charge the phone for more than 5 times. But this doesn’t as it fails performance aspect also.

This online portal is totally making the innocents as fools and gets money from them by selling fake products. the customer care rarely attends the phone calls and give false commitments.
Please help.
