My name is Srinath and I recently ordered a power bank from Ebazar ninja. Upon opening the package, I found the piece to be of cheap quality and was also faulty and broken. The parts started falling down as soon as I opened the package.

I tried calling on their customer care number listed on the website (011-43482200) as well as the one printed on the box (08010445566) in which the package was delivered but neither of them were answered. I then wrote to them on the email ID listed on their website ([email protected]) and received a response that an executive would get in touch with me in 24 hours. It has been more than 4 days now and even after writing to them multiple times, I have not received any response back from them. It is not just about my disappointment that is causing me to lodge this complaint but also for the reason that other customers do not get cheated in a similar manner. This is organized way of cheating people and needs to be dealt with very strictly.
