Dear Sir,

I Y Suman Purchased on 31.10.2016 MI 20000mAh Portable PowerBank and paid the total amount Rs : 899/- thourgh credit card. After that i called to custmore care they said that the product is not original that was they made that’s why i cancel that product on 02.11.2016. They said ‘ll refund the amount with in 2 days. But till now i am not received refund of my amount and till now i did not receive any cancellation message conformation also and the customer care number : 08010445566 and the number not showing in website new customer care number : 0114348200. The new number is incorrect. Please help me in this regard and do the needful sir.
