i had puchase power bank from ebaazar ninja and i recieved dublicate product and after that i called ebazar customer care and sent mail many times . i called customer care and told her this product is dublicate and it is not working proprly thats why i return this product and she told me with in 1-2 day your product is collect by there service provider but today is 10 days completed and no one is come for collect that product , and no reponse from there by mail
