I had received an email from ebazar ninja with an offer of MI power bank which I ordered. I received the item on May 13 2017 and after opening the packet which was packed in a shabby manner, I found that the Power Bank is a duplicate and damaged piece. I immediately tried to reach the customer service but there was no response. I dropped in a mail at the same time to [email protected]. One fine day I get a call from 01143482200 and the lady talked very rudely and when I told her the Power Bank is damaged piece, she asked me to click the picture of the power bank and share which I did immediately. After that there is no response from them over phone and repeated emails.
Please help
