I bought a powerbank of MI is on sale for 899, actual price 2199.
MI 20000mAh Portable PowerBank

I bought it and got an old and used fake product .
I called the customer care but nobody was responding on that number ..
I wrote to the customer care but no response from their end.

They are not ready to reply to the complaints.What should I do .
Its a fraud company shipping fake products
I want refund from them ASAP
