I have placed an order MI power bank of 20800 mAh from Ninja eBazar, but the product is not working. The order Id is OID 371081, Order Date is Apr 24. The product was delivered on May 1 in the afternoon. I complained about the product to their customer care when i received call from their customer care to verify the product, they explained the process to replace or refund, I called their number several times, but no response. The phone is ringing continuously. Till now, there is no response. Please help, I feel completely cheated. As per their policy, I was supposed to complain within 48 hours after receiving the product. I have queried to their customer care, sent whatsapp query to their number also.
Expecting a solution at the earliest.
