I have ordered 1 MI power banks of 20000 mah each from ebazar ninja which were not delivered as shown on company’s website. These were not authentic and were duplicate products , it has been stopped working, and found defective. I have been calling to customer care, the phone rings amount will be deducted from my main balance but no response from their end. I have lodged a complaint through mail till now no response from their end. I asked to replace with a new piece. I really need to file a complaint against the company for delivering fake products and not refunding money.
