1. On 21st December, 2015 I received one mail from MI Power Bank offering 20800mAh Power bank at just Rs.980 (Limited Stock) and on 21st January, 2016 I booked my order online, following the link provided in the mail, in their website http://www.ebazar.ninja with a belief that the Product is from world famous MI Brand (Xiami Group). The product received by me on 27th January, 2016 in damaged condition also displays MI Brand Logo on its body. In spite of my several e-mails, they are not replying to the issue of providing me fake product.
2. Their claim that the Power Bank is of 20800mAh capacity is not also genuine. They are unable to provide me a copy of Technical Certificate from any reputed & recognized Testing Center in support of their such claim. I reserve the right to get the unit, received by me in damaged condition, tested in any Testing Center to ascertain the exact capacity of the Power Bank,
3. On 27th January, 2016, I preferred to take open Delivery from the delivery man of ECom Exp, the Packing Box was in perfect good condition, but after opening the Packing Box I found the unit was in damaged Condition, the outer case has come out of the inner unit (Photographs already mailed to them). Since there was no damage or defect in Packing Box, there could not be any transit damage. It indicates they have deliberately sent a damaged & defective unit with sole intention of cheating & fraud,
4. They have been highlighting Consumer Helpline Number 08010445566 and assuring 24X7 Prompt Service. After receiving the damaged unit, I called this Helpline Number several times only to find that Customer Executives are busy and I shall be contacted very soon, but that return call never came, which proves that their assurance & claims are false & misleading,
5. As I was unable to lodge my complaint in Helpline Number at that moment, I immediately sent a mail to their mail Id. [email protected] and immediately received the automated response that ticket has been created and personal response shall come within 24 hours. But the reply came after long Five days & that also after my three e-mail reminders & telephonic calls to their Helpline Number, this proves the casual & insincere attitude towards the Customer grievances, thus causing severe harassment,
6. When the company is making false publicity about the brand name of the Product (in this case MI), deliberately sending damaged product with malafied intention, not responding to Customer’s complain in-time, it is obvious that Customer shall loose the faith, confidence & trust on such new entities in the market and demanding either to send replacement or refund of the money & to pick up the damaged unit from his place is not unjustified. But their insistence of arranging reverse pick-up, then to update me for further proceeding post quality check and then to decide the fate of replacing the damaged unit proves their further malafied intention of harassing and denying the customer’s right. Subsequently they asked to courier them the damaged product at my cost & they would send me the replacement. But my genuine demand of sending me the replacement or refund & picking up the damaged & fake unit has been consistently denied by them.
