I ordered a MI Powerbank 10400 Mah with EBazar. Ninja on 24-03-17, payment made by cash. I received a duplicate and defective product with no original packaging and tags. The company promised of easy returns and replacement and assured of a warranty of 6 months. The product was damaged and initiated for a return. But the company refused to return stating that the return was applicable only for 48 hrs. I told them about the warranty but they informed that the warranty was not provided by MI and I will have to self-ship the product to their Delhi Office for a repair.
The company has breached the contract of providing original and geneuine product with easy returns and company warranty.

Hence I kindly request you to take necessary disciplinary action against the seller and initiate immediate action to refund the amount paid by me.
Hoping for a positive reply at the earliest.
