I placed an order for the product as mentioned below to ADDRESS

India, website-http://www.ebazar.ninja/ on 29/09/2016 and after making payment I received the following message:
Dear Ananda Prasanna Majumdar,
Your Order has been shipped, find given details below:
→ Order ID – OID209618
→ Product – 20800 Mah PowerBank
→ POD No. – 101113222
→ Logistic Partner – HOLISOL
→ Expected Delivery – 5-7 Days, but till date the item has not been delivered. I tried to contact over phone at 011 43482200 several times, every time they used to send me SMS requesting me to wait for sometime,but till date no positive result found. Even I asked for refund of my money paid, they did not care to respond.
Please take suitable action against the company or advice me where to contact for recovery of my money.
