Respected Sir/Madam,

I have booked a MI 20000 mAh Power Bank through on line of “ebazar.ninja” against cash on delivery. As per the instruction, I have paid Rs.799/ wide Order No: OID255835RP Dt. 03 Dec-2016 while delivered. I have shocked to note that the product is not working properly. Immediately I tried to contact the given customer support phone No: 08010445566, 01143482200, where I found there is no response from them properly. Again I sent the product back to them on 09.12.2016 through DTDC Express Ltd., they have serviced (Repaired) the product and sent the product back to me and I received the product on Dt: 21.12.2016, again the problem placed, now the problem is charger female pin not placed properly, we can’t insert the charger for charging. I have send the mail, there is no reply from there end, even Calling for several times. So please take Immediate action and do the needful at the earliest. This is my humble request.

I suspects the Ebazar.ninja is a bogus company.
