Hi ,

My name is Chaitanya i purchased a power bank of MI 20000mAh Portable PowerBank which was worth 1050 Rupees.But the company had send me a duplicate power bank of MI and when i returned the product and had called the customer care for refund they are not picking up the call .Finally one guy from customer care picked up when i informed him about my case he said he will give coupon code worth Rs 1050 with which i can buy any other product from their www.ebazar.ninja site.

But till now i have not received my coupon code nor money,.I would like the court to intervene and look into this issue and settle my refund.
