I have ordered for Powerbank, same is supplied to me but the product was defective after 3 weeks follow up seller arranged for product pick up. On 29.11.16 i have received call that seller can not refund the amount rather they will provide me with refund coupon which can be utilized for purchasing on their site, but till now they have not mailed me refund Coupon. There number from which i received call 011-65262611 is switch off also there customer care no. 8010445566 always comes as switch off or no body answer it.
