Dear Team,
I had unfortunately purchased a MI power bank of 10400Mah from E Bazar Ninja online shopping portal as i had got mail from the same website, I had ordered it on 17/12/2016 and got delivered on 23/12/2016,which never looked like new one it was like a used product and in 2 days i found that it was not working and I had registered the request to the E bazar support team, they informed to sent it through courier for which I myself had to pay the courier charges as per their terms and conditions.
I also sent the same via DTDC courier service on 30/12/2016 and had mailed the details to the customer support but its been 12 days since then i have been trying to get in touch with the customer support of E bazar and it always gives busy tone and there is no repsonse from them, I had been informed the last time when i was able to contact them that within 24 hrs they will be calling me and informing about the replacement status but it never happened.

Kindly assist for the same and would like to post it in other social websites also so that atleast some other person’s may not have to suffer with this kind of poor services and fraud online shopping.
