Employees are not performing their duties correctly and are not picking up the waste.
They demand more money, and only if we give, will they pick up trash.
Since I live on the main Faridabad Gurgaon Road, I’ve been dealing with this issue for a few months. The van pulls up on the other side of my doorstep.
We are unable to load the trash into the van by ourselves while traffic passes, and they are profiting from this situation by charging extra from each home.
They distinctly informed us today that they would not be picking up waste from my house at 3d/159 Metro Road.
Want action as soon as possible
