I worked in this company for 2 years and 15 days. From June 2019 till mid-August as a Data Analyst.
First of all, I don’t know if the company work is legal or not because they use to work of students assignments. especially take assignments from Australian college pupil where the students do part-time and this company take provide paid services to them. Also, the company working hours are from 10 to 6 but the employee needs to work for more than 12 hours and even on Sundays.
After that, the company never provide agreement letter so that nobody can go against the company. CEO of the company Priya Garg who is a very clever mind woman treat the employee as labour. No respect.
They terminated me in August 2019 and deducted 8 days of salary twice. I had to call and message them more than 100 times for my salary but they don’t care. I got my July salary in the month of August after 8 days deduction. and in September, again got salary after deduction of 5979 rupees. (arey yaar beimani ki bhi koi hadd hoti hai).
one more thing that they don’t use genuine software such as Microsoft Office, and other software.
