I am deeply disappointed by the level of service I have received from EGNIOL GROUP OF COMPANIES regarding my recent experience. Despite making an initial payment on August 14, 2023, the ordeal has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening.

From the onset, the lack of response from the employees has been alarming. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and seek clarification regarding my file status, I have been met with silence and indifference. It is deeply concerning that a company would neglect basic communication with its clients, especially after an initial financial commitment has been made.

Moreover, the reason cited for the decline of my file, allegedly due to the actions of their employee, is unacceptable.
