We are a startup social media company and had engaged with Egniol Services Pat Ltd an entity of EGNIOL GROUP OF COMPANIES to get a grant based on our qualifications under different categories on the 2nd week of January. We were promised that our application would be send under the Women Entrepreneur Grant for which we qualified and upon discussion and deliberation agreed to go ahead with the same. Their operations staff Mr Abhishek then called and convinced us that a Global Grant would be better as we are planing to make our business a global brand and gave convincing details as per which we said that if we are a fit then we can go for that. But unfortunately on getting the application documents , we understood that it was a foreign aid fund and for NGO kind of work , which we were not and thus informed the same to the team and asked them to go back to the first grant application itself , at that time we were informed that there was a glitch in the system for Women’s Grant and therefore could not apply. A lot of confusion prevailed until the BD guy Mr Harshit contacted us back and we gave him a brief and he did his research and told us that new rules had kicked in stating that 3rd party could notably for Women’s Entrepreneur Grant and since we were not in favour of the other options they offered us , was promised a refund (this was on 6th of February as confirm by Mr Harshit Dixit , BD for Egniol Services) . From then on we have been following up and upon being frustrated with the lack of response , told them we will be raising a compliant and then we had a rude call from Mr Harshit who started raising his voice with us . Therefore we have been communicating by mail alone and still no response or update on our refund. A pathetic experience and rude awakening !

Hi Latha here again , an update on this complaint . Today is 01/03/24 , I have not received the refund as promised by Mr Yogesh from quality team who called me on the 27th of Feb and first said that the BDM had not received my account details (which was sent to many others a week back) , so resend it with a promise of processing the refund in 24hrs time and requested to remove my complaint . I took a stand and said the moment the refund hits my account , I would write a further comment stating receipt . He agreed but called again on 28th to convince me with quality control statements and once again we informed him that refund first and then will do the needful . Seeing that I would not shift my stance , they are making us wait further … its been a week of this rubbish from Egniol !!!
