I have received a call as well as message on whatsup on oct 2022 for Registration your company under STARTUP INDIA ,as well as explain dream plan benefit of dipp process under msme
As I had deposited consultant fees Rs.7080 of under your organized company planning advice by Mr ANAND dream plan for registration in Start-up India as well as explain dream plan benefit of dipp process under msme
I had paid Rupees 7080 on 12-10-2022 in your company account for Registration in Start-up india (Dipp) and promise to provide Certificate within one month by Mr Anand Ayer
Since last two month we are also continuous reminder on call and whatssup /email but EGNIOL Management/ staff sleeping or lice do not crawl on the ear, every time false assurance by Mr Anand Ayer for return the amount but his commitment always failed
On the date 29.11.2022 mr anand ask me bank details and process for refund and again false assurance me December first week we will refund your amount, as well as explain dream plan benefit of dipp process under msme
I had paid Rupees 7080 on 12-10-2022 in the the FAVOR OF M/S EGNIOL SERVICE PVT LTD account for Registration in Start-up india (Dipp) and his Staff/Manager Mr Anand promise to provide Certificate within one month . but after the two month left no call o SMSs, then i ask for my certified or registering the he say we will refund your amount , After the several time call and email to Mr Anand ayer and his MD SH. UDHVIKKUMAR MAHENDRAKUMAR PANDYA, No response no advice from there side , It required no proof to express that quit plan way, the organize networking of entire India flavored scam and fraud to gamble by collection under Dream plan of Start-up (dipp) registration from the innocent citizen of india. So please take necessary action against the EGNIOL SERVICE PVT LTD and help me refund my hardcore money . I’m attaching herewith enclosed some email conversation for your reference .

THIS COMPANY Egniol GROUP OF COMPANIES IS A 100% FRAUD COMPANY AND BASED ON THE PROMISES OF ONE MR. AYAZ MUNSHI I PAID 59,000/- FOR START UP AND SEED FUNDING AND FOR THE LOANS UNDER VARIOUS SCHEMES, I PAID THE AMOUNT IN MAY 2023 STILL NOW THEY ARE DODGING EVERY DAY SAYING THAT THE PAPERS ARE NOT ENOUGH FOR THE SCHEME AND IN THE COMPANY BASED AT AHMEDABAD A GROUP OF THIEVES ARE SITTING AND DEFRAUDING PEOPLE WHOEVER THEY CAN SO I CAUTION THE GENERAL PUBLIC NOT TO FALL AS A PREY TO THIS COMPANY
Egniol group of companies is a scam, they promise more things but deliver very low for the amount they charge as service fee. The presentation made is not that great. They do not have any knowledge on when a incubator will call, whether the incubator has already exhausted the grant amount before they apply there. There is absolutely zero service after you pay the amount.
I have paid rs35400/- EGniol in 2022, for getting the the seed money for startup companies, but they r cheating me. Now the contact person is also not responding to my calls.His name is Basal Pandit.
Bahut bada fraud hai ye .start up india Msme lone karabane ki bahane mere se 11800 rupai loot leye. Mere sare documents check karne ke baad bole aap ka lone ho jayega.Service charge pay krne ke Baad bole aap ka documents thik nahi hai . payment Return karne ke lye bolo to avoid karne lag gaye.

That the averment made under this complaint is not true as there is miscommunication between the parties. That the same issue has already been amicably settled between the parties and that any relief sought under the consumer complaint portal be infructuous between both the parties.
