I am not receiving interest on my FDs of 2.1.lakh since Oct 2014. One cheque had bounced .The interest warrants for 2015 16 have not been issued.The discharged FD CERTIFICATE is also not redeemed.IT IS HIGH TIME THE CLB AND Finance Ministry takes effective steps for recovering the outstanding borrowings.
