Two fixed deposits of Rs. 5 lakhs have matured in Feb. Company has been promising to release the repayment with interest upto actual date of repayment. However, these have been empty promises. Company has received RS. 2000 crores but instead of repaying they have now gone quiet. Not responding to phone calls. The Saxenas seem to want to run away with the Rs. 2000 crores.

My matured F D of Rs 200000 ( two lakhs) was not refunded since 10 years by elder pharma
Rs 2,00,000 invested in the FD which is matured in Jan 2016, still ithas not been paid. the interest warrant alos bounced.
MY deposit Rs 2,00,000/- which is matured during January 2015 is not refunded sofar , The interest warrant was also bounced due to insufficient fund. Till the end of 2015 sanjeev Bhalekar was responding to my Email. At present no response from him. The phone also disonnected. The culprits are enjoying the public money living happily. There should be strict action to be taken by SEBI, CLB and
Legal authorities.
My late husband and I have two FDs with Elder Pharmaceuticals. They are N78984, which matured on 23/1/2016 and the other, N69139, which matured on 26/2/2015. Their dividend cheques bounced in January 2015 and after that it has been a futile search to get in touch with them. All the emails sent to their email address evoke no response. I would like to know how our investment can be recovered, because , as my husband is no more, it is a lonely battle for me.

We are also awaiting Elder Pharma’s repayment against FD Receipt No. – C 78211 for Rs. 45,000 since 24th Jan 2014. We have registered a complaint with Registrar of Companies Maharashtra, Mumbai on 6th June 2016. But, till date no communication from Elder Pharma. Dear Investors- Can we file a police complaint in Mumbai where the Company is located? My colleauge went to their Andheri office and was not allowed inside. After a big fight he was allowed and no proper response was given. Subsequently it was understood that they have another office in Colaba and Saxena, Vijendra Jain sits there. All of us should come together and file one consolidated complaint / suit against Elder Pharma.before the competent authority like Company law board , ROC and /or Magistrate (for dishonur of cheques). The present share market price of Elder is about Rs.144/- and they are not able to pay the fixed depositors. The share price should have been below par. There is no logic. Only to fool the public. What are the so called regulating authorities doing. Why they are not taking Suo Motto action.
