Our Fixed Deposit Receipt no. C-62397 dated: 02-11-2011 in Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd; Andheri(W, Mumbai, which has matured for payment as on 01-11-2014 has not been paid till date. We are put to considerable hardships due to non-receipt of the maturity amount as this money has been saved by my retired father (also the joint holder), to take care of my marriage expenses.

Further, I would also like to point out that m/s Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd; have also not credited the TDS amount for the proportionate interest accrual against the above deposit, for the previous financial year 2013-14 (A.Y. 2014-15) with the Income Tax Authorities till date. We have already raised our complaint to your Ministry of Corporate Affairs, regarding the non-deduction of the TDS amount and crediting to I.T. department against my PAN no. BMJPK0100K.

I request m/s Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd; Andheri, Mumbai to effect payment of the contracted amount expeditiously together with up to date interest.
