I had on 21-12-2013 sent original Fixed deposit receipt bearing no: C57489 of Elder Pharmaceuticals to them for repayment, as the same matured on 30-12-2013. There is no response from the company on the telephone numbers provided by them. There is also no response from the Company inspite of my reminder letter dt.30-9-2014 (sent by Regd.AD) duly acknowledged by them. I am a senior citizen and suffering from various ailments. I need money for my day to day medicines. This illegal action of not returning my dues (including interest from the date of maturity) on the part of the Company has put me in great stress, hardship and loss. The concerned statutory authorities should wake up and immediately intervene and take necessary action to enforce upon such companies to repay the deposits on urgent basis. The management of the Company should have the decency to communicate (by way of a letter) with its investors in this regard and on very urgent basis return the dues of the fixed deposit investors. The Company besides legal right has no moral right also to gulp down our hard earned money.
