I ordered Sony WI-C400 Wireless Behind-Neck on 1st Feb 2022. But the product did not reach me but on site it says delivery completed. Cannot reach its customer care phone or email. Mail Bounces back and number is discontinued. No ways to reach its call center to inquire further. Company and its products are fake and this seems to be a scam site.
