I placed an order for LED strips with this company on September 6, 2023, and they confirmed that they would ship them on September 10 and deliver them to me on September 14. However, no material has been shipped as of yet.
No one answers the phone when you call their number, and they keep us on hold for several minutes.
On 12/09/2023, I sent them a message via message link, WhatsApp, and email asking them to cancel the order.
However, they do not reply to this either. I didn’t read their reviews before placing the order. This business is defrauding the public.
If they don’t reply, I’ll report internet fraud to the police in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, through the cybercell.
