I had placed an order with Elitify.com (an online shopping portal) on December 1, 2016. To date the other has not been received, despite several reminders and an email in January 2017 that the same will be shipped to me shortly. The entire amount for the order has been paid upfront.

I would like a refund of the amount paid at the earliest.
