Dear Sir,

I have booked one property in Unit PH3-EPP-B-06-04 of Project Palm Premier at Palm Hills with Emaar India with agreement dated 11.09.2018. While booking and in agreement, it was informed that project will finish by Feb 2022 and accordingly i booked this property with self finance mode so that i can pay smoothly. Now i have come from Emaar that project is going on very fast track mode and will be applied for OC by Mar 2020. Almost 2 years before schedule time of completion which makes me problem as I can not make finance rest amount of Rs. 50 lacs plus taxes by next year due to my financial inability when demand will be made by Emaar on completion which I projected end of 2021 or early 2022. Hence, i was requested builder though email to cancel this project as non-payment will bear heavy interest and later cancellation from their end as well. I request for some time extension also for making final payment without charges, but they have rejected this request.

Need your kind support to cancel my project and refund back my already paid amount to the Emaar.
