Dear Sir/ Madam, I gave a cheque of Rs 15Lacs te Emaar Mgf through a broker for booking of a flat in new project Sec-112 Ekaantam in early 2013. The project never came through, however Emaar Mgf banked in the booking amount. I have been asking for refund of my booking amount from Emaar Mgf but no response to my emails. Have visited then 2 times and get some false promises but no action. Please provide me the legal courses to claim the money from Emaar Mgf. Regards, Ramesh +60-12-6078267
